Know your monthly expenses, income, and what you can afford on a mortgage. An easy way to see what a monthly mortgage will be is to look on Zillow under "Est. Payment".

Get your Affairs in Order

Your credit score is above 620. You don't have any collections. You know your purchase price goal and you have a minimum of 6k for closing costs.

Research

Look for homes and ask yourself: What am I looking for in a home? Is it attainable? Is the purchase price in your budget?

Get Pre-Approved for a Loan
