NeighborWorks® Boise also offers down payment assistance grants for qualified borrowers as well as the education courses required to meet the terms of those programs.

NeighborWorks® Boise Lending is a full-service mortgage lender, which means we are here to help you with any mortgage needs, including refinancing your current home.
We have access to many state programs and multiple mortgage products not available to other mortgage lenders. That makes all the difference when it’s time to refinance your home. Refinance products do not offer any special incentives from state programs.
City of Meridian Down Payment Assistance
You may qualify for up to $40,000 in down payment assistance. To qualify you must be purchasing in the City of Meridian and be at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI). Current HUD Income Limits for Ada County:

- Household of 3: $64,200
- Household of 4: $71,300
- Household of 5: $77,050
Down Payment Assistance Grants funded by the City of the Meridian CBDG (Community Block Development Grants).

Asa 501(c) (3) non-profit mortgage broker, NWBoise Lending (NWBL) is dedicated to offering affordable mortgage loans to Idaho’s homebuyers that are competitively priced. NWBL primarily serves low and moderate-income target markets and communities.
NWBL is aware of the current competitive housing market having an adverse effect on Idahoans ability to purchase a home. By partnering with the CDFI Fund and state agencies we are able to structure a “Dream Loan”, which is a more affordable loan program tailored to our LMI clients.
In addition to the Dream Loan, we offer Conventional and VA loans.
We offer Down Payment Assistance, Forgivable Grants, and other programs depending on availability.

The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) plays an important role in generating economic growth and opportunity in some of our nation's most distressed communities. By offering tailored resources and innovative programs that invest federal dollars alongside private sector capital, the CDFI Fund serves mission-driven financial institutions that take a market-based approach to support economically disadvantaged communities. These mission-driven organizations are encouraged to apply for CDFI Certification and participate in CDFI Fund programs that inject new sources of capital into neighborhoods that lack access to financing.
