NeighborWorks® Boise revitalizes and stabilizes Treasure Valley neighborhoods by acquiring and rehabilitating single family homes. Through this program, we transform abandoned and neglected properties into safe, affordable homes with energy-saving improvements for Idaho residents.
The program began in 2013 to provide affordable homeownership alternatives to homebuyers earning less than 120% of Area Median Income. Homes are sold to qualified, limited-income families, with financing assistance available through our affiliate, NeighborWorks® Boise Lending, Inc.

NeighborWorks® Boise is certified by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to participate in its Real Estate Owned (REO) program. In addition, we are a state-certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and work closely with city governments in community development projects.
NeighborWorks® Boise Homeownership Center is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NeighborWorks® Boise, a community lender providing mortgage solutions, along with Homebuyer Education and Pre-purchase Counseling services, to qualified Idahoans to ensure successful and sustainable homeownership.
