A home is often the largest purchase a person will make. Homebuyer Education classes guide participants through how to buy a home, step by step. Topics include preparing for homeownership, obtaining a mortgage, shopping for a home, hiring a home inspector and more.
Attendees are nearly one-third less likely to default on their loans!
