Morgan Hoffman
Realtor, JPAR Live Local
For Morgan Hoffman, homeownership is more than a milestone. It is personal.
As a Realtor, she sees every day how transformative it can be—and she has lived that experience herself. Morgan remembers a time when her mom was navigating life as a single parent, and how meaningful it was when she was able to purchase a home.
That experience shaped how she views her work today.
“I know the security and stability that owning a home has brought to my life, and I see that same impact reflected in my clients every single day,” she shared.
In her work, those moments often come full circle.
“I have watched buyers cry at closing tables, from disbelief that this moment is actually happening for them,” Morgan said. “What they are receiving is so much more than a set of keys. It is safety. It is a fresh start. It is a child finally having their own bedroom to decorate, to call their own, to feel secure in. It is an energy-efficient home that will not drain a family’s savings the moment they move in.”
Morgan believes access to safe, affordable housing should be within reach for everyone. Through her work and her partnership with NeighborWorks® Boise, she sees that mission come to life for families across the Treasure Valley.
Her connection to NeighborWorks® Boise goes back decades. She first participated in Paint The Town™ as a child, painting homes alongside her mom. As an adult, she became more involved, joining the Paint The Town committee in 2011 and continuing to support the work ever since.
What keeps her engaged is the people behind the mission.

Morgan also values the organization’s commitment beyond the initial home purchase.
They provide support for home repairs, create safe and welcoming communities, and offer resources like food pantries—ensuring families have what they need not just to move in, but to thrive long term.
For Morgan, that reflects something bigger about the Treasure Valley.
“We are a community of givers,” she said. “We help our neighbors, we come together, and we give back to the community that provides so much for us. Whether that is financially or through volunteering at Paint The Town or Rake Up Boise™, there are so many ways to help—no matter where you are in your own journey.”
