NeighborWorks Boise® offers the Finally Home!® Homebuyer Education Seminars, which meet or exceed the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling. Finally Home! meets almost all local and national loan program educational requirements, including Idaho Finance and Housing Association. During this 6 hour course, you will learn the home buying process, how to protect your investment, and how to find your perfect home.  You may also qualify for cost savings such as down payment assistance.
