Our presenters will share practical housing solutions and insight on impactful programs that are shaping our community for the better. \nThe City of Boise’s Home Improvement Program offers opportunities for income-qualified homeowners to make necessary repairs in ensuring their home is safe. Essential upgrades to enhance security and mitigate risks include repairing water leaks\, heating/cooling systems\, and structural issues. Additional eligible repairs include modifications to make a home ADA accessible\, energy efficiency improvements\, sewer line repair\, and lead-based paint remediation. \nThe NeighborWorks Boise Home Share Hub is designed to foster connections and address housing needs within our community by matching homeowners with compatible housemates.
