Newly Remodeled Homes (Acq-Rehab)
NeighborWorks® Boise revitalizes and stabilizes Treasure Valley neighborhoods by acquiring and rehabilitating single family homes. Through this program, we transform abandoned and neglected properties into safe, affordable homes with energy-saving improvements for Idaho residents.
The program began in 2013 to provide affordable homeownership alternatives to homebuyers earning less than 120% of Area Median Income. Homes are sold to qualified low-to-moderate income families, with financing assistance through our affiliate, NeighborWorks® Boise Lending, Inc.

NeighborWorks® Boise is certified by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to participate in its Real Estate Owned (REO) program, and is an exclusive participant in National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST) access to foreclosed homes. In addition, we are a state-certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and work closely with city governments in community development projects. NeighborWorks® Boise Lending, a wholly owned subsidiary of NeighborWorks® Boise, is a community lender providing mortgage solutions, along with Homebuyer Education and Pre-purchase Counseling services, to qualified Idahoans to ensure successful and sustainable homeownership.
